Corporate Sales Personnel

As a Corporate Sales Personnel at our company, your main responsibility will be to drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives. Your exclusive experience in corporate sales, particularly in corporate training sales or similar fields, will be highly valued. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with key decision-makers such as HR, Sales and Marketing Heads, and CEOs to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate sector. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers like HR, Sales and Marketing Heads, and CEOs. - Develop and deliver pitches to showcase corporate training solutions. - Tailor solutions to meet client needs and requirements. - Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in corporate sales, with a preference for corporate training sales. - Strong network and ability to connect with key decision-makers. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. - Strong understanding of corporate training needs and industry trends. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in corporate sales, especially in corporate training sales, is required for this role. Please note that this is a full-time and permanent position.
