As an Asst Manager/ Dy. Manager in Bangalore, your role will involve identifying and understanding leads and prospects, conducting competitor analysis, and formulating counter strategies. You will be responsible for tracking and measuring the performance of marketing personnel in branches and enhancing awareness of products and services in the market. Additionally, you will need to improve current products based on market dynamics and competitor strategies while adhering to company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and analysis to identify prospective customers - Organize customer loyalty programs and assist in formulating targeting and pricing strategies - Interact and negotiate business deals with corporates and relevant stakeholders - Coordinate with current and future customers to ensure satisfaction and maximize product utilization - Respond to customer queries and grievances promptly, providing necessary information and redressal - Forecast sales, set targets for subordinates, monitor their performance, and motivate them to achieve targets - Achieve self-targets on sales Qualifications Required: - Good communication and presentation skills - Strong marketing and negotiating abilities - Knowledge of leasing, latest market trends, and product enhancements - Ability to adapt to changes and comply with legal and regulatory requirements In addition to the above, it is important to note that the salary range for this position is between 7 to 10 Lac.,
