Summary

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients both face to face and online.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and explore growth opportunities.

Market & Industry Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights to support product development and market expansion strategies.
  • Perform competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports using CRM tools.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to marketing and product development teams to align strategies.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, logistics and facilitation, for seamless order fulfilment.
  • Ability to create and develop a sales team
  • Guide and mentor team members to achieve their objectives.
  • Contribute to performance evaluations and knowledge sharing initiatives.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5 to 15 years of experience in corporate sales preferably to the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
