Business Development:
· Identifying and understanding leads and prospects for leasing of Vehicles, Equipment’s.
· Competitor analysis and formulation of strategies to penetrate into the market.
· Improving awareness of the product and services among customers and prospects in the market.
· Enhance current products based on market dynamics and competitor strategies based on company policies.
· Ensure compliance with regulators, legal guidelines and also follow-up on their updates.
Customer Acquisition:
· Market research and analysis to identify prospective customers.
· Interacting and negotiating deals with corporates/relevant stake holders
Customer relationship and retention:
· Coordinating with customers, ensuring complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the product or services
rendered to customers.
· Responding to customer queries, grievances and providing timely information and redressal
· Understand the customer needs and provide Sundaram experience to them.
Realizing Objectives:
· Forecasting sales and setting sales targets.
· Achieving targets on sales.
