Corporate Sales Lead

You are a dynamic and results-oriented individual who will join our high performing sales team as a "Corporate Sales Lead." Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by developing and executing successful sales strategies for our brand across key enterprise and multinational accounts. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating high-value contracts, and ensuring brand consistency across all sales channels. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives. You will identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise and multinational accounts and lead negotiations for high-value contracts. Managing and growing existing client relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, acting as a brand ambassador, and analyzing market trends will also be part of your role. To succeed in this position, you must have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in sales and business development. You should have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and experience in managing and growing enterprise and multinational accounts. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills, are essential. Additionally, you should possess strong leadership and team management skills to provide mentorship to junior sales team members and foster a high-performing and collaborative sales culture. Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management is also crucial for this role.,
