Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep knowledge of corporate IT training products and services, including course content, delivery formats, and certifications.
  • Identify and generate leads via networking, digital prospecting, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Consult with business clients to analyze their IT training needs and recommend suitable solutions, ensuring product fit and value proposition.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or demonstrations of training solutions to individual clients and groups.
  • Achieve sales targets set by management and contribute to overall business development goals.
  • Assist in responding to RFPs, proposals, reports, and tender documents for training solutions.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT trends, skill demands, and training methodologies relevant to corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (training delivery, marketing, technical specialists) to ensure seamless customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, Education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within IT solutions or corporate training.
  • Strong understanding of common enterprise IT concepts (e.g., software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, CRM).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer-facing activities.
  • Ability to consult, analyze, and recommend tailored training solutions to varied client needs.
  • Goal-driven, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events if required.

Additional Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital training platforms, or e-learning environments.
  • Familiarity with technical qualification standards and certification requirements in IT.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems to manage client relationships and sales processes.
