Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development HeadEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive with a B2C background in travel, banking, or retail. The ideal candidate will use their consumer sales experience to build relationships with corporate clients and sell tailored business travel solutions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, pitching travel services, and managing client accounts to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential corporate clients for business travel services.Heighten your B2C experience to understand client needs and provide customized travel solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in companies (HR/Admin/Procurement).Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals for corporate travel accounts.Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel, Banking,retail, or a related field.1-4 years of experience in B2C sales.Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts.Preferred Qualifications:1-4 years of B2C sales experience in travel, banking, or retail.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Passion for travel and understanding of travel products and services.Understanding of corporate client structures and business buying behavior.We are looking for female candidates who will sit in inhouse and from B2C agent background. Age till 25 years.
