Job Description

Manage a team of Relationship Managers handling salary account acquisitions and relationship management.
Drive business targets for new corporate sourcing and cross-sell of banking products (CASA, loans, cards, insurance, etc.).
Ensure healthy corporate relationship management and regular employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with product, operations, and service teams for smooth onboarding of new corporate accounts.
Train, motivate, and monitor team performance to achieve business objectives.
Prior experience in managing a team in Banking or Financial Services preferred.
Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
