The role of Corporate Relationship Manager for Academic Partnerships in Noida involves fostering and managing relationships between educational institutions and corporate organizations. You will develop strategies for establishing long-term relationships with leading companies and work closely with academic leaders to design programs incorporating industry insights. Facilitating joint academic-industry projects, research collaborations, and sponsorships, organizing guest lectures, seminars, and workshops with industry leaders, and setting up mentorship programs and advisory boards for academic departments are also part of your role. You will be the primary point of contact between the institution and corporate partners, ensuring that partnership opportunities align with industry needs. Additionally, you will support the design and implementation of industry-oriented courses, training modules, certification programs, and corporate training programs for employees. Negotiating partnership terms, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, maintaining partnership records, preparing reports on partnership performance, analyzing industry trends, and organizing networking events and engagement activities will be crucial aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Corporate Relations, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in corporate relations or partnerships management. Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, project management, and organizational skills are essential. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of industry trends, and a network of corporate contacts are desirable qualifications.
