Job Description:

To fuel our growth we are looking for passionate Corporate Relations Associates immediately

This is an excellent opportunity with unlimited potential for a self-driven, tenacious, intelligent, articulate, ambitious, and intuitive individual who enjoys the fast-paced work environment and is looking to establish a career in a start-up environment

Responsibilities:

● To source, identify, and gain suitable work placement opportunities for students, to include coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of these work placements.

● Make excellent connections with employers to maximize the students opportunity for sustainable employment or other progression opportunities.

● Organize and coordinate an agreed caseload of students to source, plan, monitor, and evaluate impactful and meaningful work placements by: Assist in the learning activities so that students are prepared for their Work Placement.

● Respond to first-line inquiries from employers and students, regarding placements Keep accurate records of Work Placements, ensuring there is sufficient evidence to meet the funding requirements Act as a conduit between employers and the college ensuring that all business leads are referred to the appropriate college nominee and the college is kept informed on trends and business requirements. Work as part of the wider Learner Partnership Team, to include participation in meetings, planning activities, and staff development.

● Provide cover throughout the wider team where necessary.

Requirements:

● Keen Interest in Education and related tech products Passionate about changing the Education to Employment Super energetic and driven to spread better learning

● A knack for business development and positioning our product Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Efficient at utilizing computer-based tools to accomplish tasks and communicate with others

● Attention to detail Excellent time management and organization Ability to build quick rapport with multiple client
