Corporate Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Tie-Ups
• Identify and onboard corporate clients, insurance partners, and TPAs.
• Maintain strong relationships with HR/Admin heads of corporates for health checkups, OPD/IPD referrals, wellness programs, etc.
• Coordinate MOUs and agreements with corporate clients and maintain documentation.
• Referral Development
• Engage with doctors, consultants, and clinics for patient referrals.
• Organize CME programs, health talks, and networking events for referring physicians and corporates.
• Revenue & Business Growth
• Achieve monthly targets for corporate packages, health check-ups, and specialty OPD/IPD services.
• Promote customized health plans to companies and institutions.
• Marketing & Branding Activities
• Plan and execute corporate camps, awareness drives, and promotional events.
• Coordinate with the digital team for online campaigns targeted at working professionals and HR teams.
• Ensure branding at partner corporate offices and community events.
• Reporting & Data Management
• Maintain a database of clients, referrals, and leads.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on corporate performance and outreach.
• Monitor ROI on corporate marketing initiatives.
