Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on corporate matters under English law.- Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards across the company.- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.- Advise on risk management and regulatory compliance.- Monitor updates in laws and ISO regulations and implement necessary changes.

Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate law with a focus on English law and ISO compliance.- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes.- Excellent communication and legal drafting skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
