We are looking for lawyers with 3 – 6 years of experience in leading or co-leading private equity and M&A trades. We usually work on high value deals in smaller teams. So, we are keen to work with those who are proactive, take ownership over their work, do not shy away from being involved in commercial matters, and can make well-reasoned decisions.
