Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Provide legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and labor laws.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate governance standards.
Represent the company in legal proceedings or liaise with external counsels.
Manage due diligence and documentation for mergers, acquisitions, or investments.
Advise management on potential legal risks and mitigation strategies.
Maintain updated knowledge of changes in corporate and business laws.
Coordinate with various departments to align business goals with legal frameworks.
