Assistant Manager - Admissions

Location = Marol Naka Mumbai East
Working days : 6 DaysOffice Timing : 8.45AM to 5PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Inquiry & Call Management:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and their guardians.

• Respond promptly to walk-in inquiries and provide detailed information regarding

academic programs.

• Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all student interactions.

• Counseling & Guidance:

• Guide students in selecting appropriate academic programs based on their interests,

qualifications, and career goals.

• Provide end-to-end support throughout the admission process, including form filling and

document verification.

• Admissions Process:

• Coordinate and facilitate the student admission process from lead generation to

enrollment.

• Ensure all required admission and enrollment documents are completed accurately and

on time.

• Assist students in completing formalities related to course joining and orientation.

• Lead Management & Reporting:

• Maintain and regularly update student lead databases with current status and follow-up

actions.

• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead conversions and

admissions.

• Team Management:

• Handling team of counselor and Tell callers

• Lead management

• Training of team

• Ensuring admission and targets are met of the team and centre

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
