Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a

related field.

● 6+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles, with a minimum of 2 years

as a CTO, VP of engineering or equivalent executive position.

● Proven expertise in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms and

cybersecurity frameworks.

● Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, and

blockchain technologies, particularly in operational or industrial settings.

● Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation strategies that drive efficiency,

scalability, and innovation across complex business ecosystems.

● Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the

ability to align technical goals with business outcomes.

● Experience in managing IT budgets and maximizing ROI on technology investments.

● Deep understanding of data privacy regulations, compliance standards, and enterprise-

level risk mitigation strategies.

● Knows how to fill the gap between operations and technology.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
