1. Planning for Potato Planting and procurement from farmers of targeted quantity and quality
2. Advises growers on crop management, advising on problems and alternative solutions, providing technical and planning assistance.
3. Conduct detailed monitoring of the growth and development of crops
4. Establish Strong relationships with both current and new growers
5.Conduct a range of field experiments to optimise yields
6. Ability to motivate our current grower base and build their confidence in their crops
7. Assist growers in all areas of crop production Strong and analytical and statistical skills, including multivariate statistics
8. Having good communications skills to manage the farmers.
9. To troubleshoot on and provide solutions for all concerns raised by various stakeholders
10. To Train the staff for quality control, proper documentation, dealing with the customers
11. To implement the SOP related to processes of the Agronomy Deptt.
12. To engage and deliver for the specific new projects assigned.
13. Having commercial knowledge of potatoes and willing to work in the whole potato chain.
