dynamic and detail-oriented Event Manager

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Conceptualization

  • Develop innovative event concepts, themes, and formats aligned with organizational objectives and audience expectations.
  • Create comprehensive event plans, timelines, and deliverables from ideation to post-event evaluation.

Budgeting & Financial Management

  • Prepare, track, and manage event budgets effectively.
  • Optimize costs while maintaining quality and brand integrity.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage vendor and supplier relationships.
  • Oversee contracts, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless collaboration.

Logistics Management

  • Manage end-to-end logistics including venue selection, travel, catering, dcor, AV setup, and branding.
  • Ensure all operations comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners for flawless execution.
  • Provide clear direction, accountability, and support throughout the event lifecycle.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design impactful promotional campaigns.
  • Drive participation, engagement, and visibility through strategic outreach.

On-Site Execution

  • Oversee setup, live event management, and closure activities.
  • Troubleshoot real-time challenges to ensure smooth operations and a superior participant experience.

Post-Event Review

  • Conduct debrief sessions and analyze feedback for actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed event reports highlighting outcomes and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in

    Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality

    , or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years

    of proven experience in

    corporate or institutional event management

    .
  • Demonstrated success in independently delivering large-scale, high-impact events.
