Role: Program (Event) Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Exp: 5 Years to 12 Years

5 Days are working for Office

General Shift

Notice period: Immediate or 15 days

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Program (Event) Manager to design, lead, and deliver large-scale employee engagement initiatives. The role focuses on building a strong organizational culture through events, communication, and collaboration across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Major Employee Events:
Plan and execute large-scale events such as Townhalls, Hackathons, All Hands, and Conferences that drive pride and engagement.
Drive Cultural Programs:
Champion initiatives around learning, innovation, and cultural values through creative campaigns and collaborations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with
IT, Finance, Facilities, and Workplace
teams to ensure seamless operations and a superior employee experience.
Leadership Support:
Work closely with the
Site Leadership Team
to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Branding & Communication:
Manage event branding, internal marketing, and communication to build awareness and excitement across teams.

Program Management:
Ability to design, organize, and execute large-scale employee programs aligned with organizational goals.
Strategic Thinking:
Understand the big picture while creating sustainable and inclusive processes that improve engagement.
Leadership & Influence:
Skilled at building consensus and driving results through collaborationinfluencing without authority is essential.
Planning & Execution:
Strong operational and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor coordination.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.
Empathy & Curiosity:
Deep understanding of employee sentiment; ability to connect authentically across all organizational levels.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

Experience in
corporate communications

Familiarity with
event management tools
and
collaboration platforms
(e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Trello, or Asana).
Prior experience supporting
cross-site or global initiatives
