Corporate Communications Vice President

Role Overview: Nomura Services, India is a core center of excellence powering the group's global businesses with capabilities in trading support, research, IT, financial control, operations, risk management, and legal support. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive external communications strategy, covering media relations, social media, employer branding, and thought leadership - Lead a dynamic social media plan, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking - Manage media relations, proactive outreach, connect with journalists, and monitor media for story opportunities - Drive thought leadership initiatives, identify speaking opportunities, and collaborate with external event platforms - Create impactful content for Leadership Talks, Articles, presentations, etc. - Plan and execute campaigns to promote Nomura Powai brand internally and in the industry - Support Internal Communications and Branding efforts of Nomura Powai - Collaborate with cross-regional teams and contribute to Global Projects and Campaigns Qualification Required: - Minimum 12 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field - MBA qualification - Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Proficient in writing and editing with the capacity to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences - Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies, including content creation and community management Note: Applying for this role does not guarantee a job offer.
