As a part of MetaMorph, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing external communication strategies for the Group, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and values. Your responsibilities will include managing internal communication to foster a positive culture, promote employee engagement, and celebrate milestones. Emphasis will be placed on enhancing collaboration across different arms of the business and ensuring every employee feels connected to the larger company vision through group-wide initiatives communicated via various channels. You will be responsible for managing content creation for marketing materials, digital media, and social platforms to maintain consistent and engaging brand messaging. Collaboration with different departments and companies within the Group will be essential to align branding efforts and maintain cohesive messaging. Building and nurturing strong relationships with journalists to ensure timely and accurate media coverage of the Group's initiatives and activities will also fall under your purview. Your role will involve developing long-term brand strategies to effectively position the company in the market by defining brand values, tone, voice, and identity. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating marketing initiatives and campaigns that align with the brand's goals and reinforce its market positioning.
