Corporate Communication Specialist L1

We are seeking a talented Internal Communicator to lead employee communication initiatives and programs. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a passion for storytelling that can inspire and engage our audience.
 Key responsibilities: •    Develop and execute internal communication campaigns that inform, engage, and inspire employees.•    Craft compelling content for various communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and presentations.•    Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive culture transformation and promote our initiatives and values.•    Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business objectives.•    Provide communication solutions for internal initiatives, promotional activities, branding, and publicity.•    Ability to learn new tools and adapt to evolving technologies.  Skills:•    Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or Journalism.•    Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office.•    Strong project management and organizational skills.•    Ability to build and sustain relationships with colleagues at all levels.•    Creative, innovative, and adaptable to change in a dynamic work environment.•    Good knowledge of content and research methodologies.•    Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
