Corporate Banking - Global Subsidiaries Group (GSG) Relationship Analyst - Officer

As an intermediate-level banker at Citigroup, your main responsibility is to assist clients in raising funds in the capital markets and provide strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. You will work closely with the Institutional Banking team to act as a strategic advisor to clients by formulating investment strategies and raising capital for them. Responsibilities: - Participate in client transactions, projects, or assignments as the junior member of a professional team - Partner with senior Corporate Banking Officers and professionals - Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data for client proposals and strategic plans - Prepare written recommendations and create statistical exhibits - Conduct economic/financial research - Provide evaluations of a company's financial performance compared to industry and market trends - Assess risks in business decisions with a focus on compliance, ethical judgment, and safeguarding Citigroup's reputation and assets Qualifications: - 2-5 years of relevant experience - Comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Banking business, related products, and regulations - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated planning and organizational abilities Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
