Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

Track and notify income events (dividends, interest, etc.) to internal stakeholders and external parties
Process voluntary corporate actions, including elections and option handling
Book events accurately in internal systems and ensure proper accounting treatment
Handle payments, claims, and reconciliation of income and tax-related operations
Apply correct fiscal models for income events and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Maintain reports and documentation for fiscal authority audits or queries

Technical & Behavioral Skills:

Strong knowledge of global financial markets and securities operations
Proficient in English (French is a plus)
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability and team spirit
Familiarity with income/tax events, reconciliations, and custody flows preferred

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields
Prior experience in corporate actions, tax operations, or global markets operations is a plus
