Role Overview: You will be responsible for day-to-day trade processing, settlements, FX, and cash processing for DB Securities & Custody Operations team supporting local and offshore clients of the GTB Investor Services in Mumbai, India. Reporting to the VP Deputy Head Securities & Custody Operations, you will interact independently with internal and external parties and stay updated on regulatory changes. Key Responsibilities: - Co-ordinate team activities related to trade processing and regulatory reporting - Maintain quality and quantity of processing as per client SLA - Monitor volume inflow and ensure proper resource allocation - Act as a technical operational expert for client and team queries - Establish mechanisms to handle volume peaks during peak seasons - Ensure task closure within prescribed SLAs - Adhere strictly to internal and external process guidelines, including compliance and legal requirements - Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks - Create backups for critical positions and support other teams during contingencies - Collaborate closely with process owners, stakeholders, and internal clients for the bank's overall business growth - Process FX/Cash transactions for offshore and local clients, manage FX and Regulatory reporting for the Indian market, conduct break analysis and escalations, and follow up with stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Graduate (BA / BS / B.Com, etc.) with 5 to 8 years of experience in the relevant field - Exposure to Indian capital markets, settlements, or custody background preferred - Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, organizational, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in written and verbal communication Company Details: The company, Deutsche Bank Group, fosters a culture of empowerment, responsibility, commercial thinking, initiative, and collaboration.
