Overview

The RM&C F&BM Risk CFO organization is at the forefront of blending fice with technology to deliver strategic insights and automation across the firm. The team partners with business and fice stakeholders to drive ficial and strategic analysis, budgeting and forecasting, macroeconomic scenario design, and AI-driven strategies. The group is also responsible for advancing automation, process simplification, and analytics enhancement, leveraging cutting-edge fintech tools.

This highly dynamic role offers candi the opportunity to deepen their fice knowledge while applying and expanding their technical expertise in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As an Associate, you will be an integral member of the team, contributing to a variety of projects and workstreams, including

Designing, developing, and refining dashboards and automated processes to drive efficiency and insight.
Building and maintaining advanced workflows and dashboards using Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Python, and Databricks.
Supporting annual and thly ficial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting processes.
Producing and automating weekly and thly headcount and ficial reports.
Creating and deploying predictive analytics models and AI-driven solutions to support business ision-making.
Delivering ad-hoc analytics and presentations for senior management.
Collaborating with fice and business partners to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

Proven experience with SQL, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, and Databricks (must-have).
Strong interest in fice and willingness to learn ficial concepts and frameworks.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and quickly learn new concepts.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written) with stakeholders at all levels.
Organized with keen attention to detail.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
Knowledge of Atoti and/or Anaplan XL is an added advantage.
Commitment to exercising sound judgment and maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality.
