Think:

While you are having your morning coffee,

binge-watching a show, commuting your way back through heavy traffic,

or doing whatever else you do.

There are no boundaries to creativity. You can get a good idea anytime, anywhere.

Saying your copies out loud:

Because your ears can catch the mistakes your eyes miss.

Design:

Like, not actually design on a software (we don't mind if you do, though).

But design is something that empowers your words, so you need to think about that as well.

Talk:

Talk to the designers,

talk with clients,

talk with your superiors,

talk with account managers,

talk with Ramesh Bhai (our cute guy who serves tea).

Just talk to people and collaborate with them

Acceptance Of Rejection:

Let's get this straight, not all of your ideas will get approved, but you need to take your rejections as a learning. And move on to the next task, don't dwell on it.

Defend:

Yeah. Sometimes people might not get your idea at once.

But if you are sure it will workout, defend your idea and stand by it.

Even if everyone tells you are wrong.

Breathe:

Working in an agency comes with chaos.

You are writing with focus on something and

The designer will disturb you for the brief

The account manager wants a caption

Your superiors need update on that project

All of this chaos is a part of agency life.

So every time you come across these situation, take three deep breathes and go ahead with it.
