We are seeking a talented copywriter to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for writing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate brand messages across various platforms effectively. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to innovative marketing campaigns.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Work closely with account managers and team members to discuss advertising briefs, understand client requirements, and brainstorm creative solutions
2. Write engaging and compelling social media copy, making engaging reels, long-form blogs, web content, scripts, print materials, OOH (Out-of-Home) content, and other copywriting tasks as needed to align with the brand's tone and messaging
3. Assist in planning long-term brand strategies by creating copy that resonates with the target audience and drives desired business objectives
4. Contribute to planning digital marketing campaigns and promotions by conducting relevant market research, understanding consumer behaviour, and creating persuasive copy to support campaign goals

Requirements

1. Fluent in English + one additional language.
2. Have agency copywriting experience of at least 1 year.
3. Be interesting.
4. Be referred by someone who has previously engaged with The Works as either a team member or a business partner.
