We’re looking for a creative storyteller who can transform ideas into emotionally engaging

narratives that connect deeply with our audience — whether it’s a cancer survivor’s story, a

caregiver’s experience, or the brand’s mission to make healthcare accessible for all.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop emotionally powerful brand stories that inspire trust, empathy, and

connection across digital platforms.

● Write scripts for videos, social media campaigns, and brand storytelling series

that humanize healthcare.

● Craft creative ad copies, social media captions, landing page narratives, and

email content that build emotional resonance while aligning with marketing goals.

● Collaborate with the design, video, and social media teams to bring stories to life

through multimedia campaigns.

● Work closely with the SEO and content teams to align storytelling with brand tone

and search intent.

● Research patient journeys, doctor insights, and brand impact stories to build

authentic narratives.

● Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all communication

channels.

● Conceptualize and execute campaign themes and taglines that strengthen

MrMed’s brand identity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or

Creative Writing.

● 2–4 years of experience in storytelling, creative writing, or brand copywriting,

preferably in healthcare, FMCG, or social impact sectors.

● Exceptional ability to craft emotional, relatable, and human-centered stories.

● Strong conceptual thinking that can take a single insight and turn it into a campaign

narrative.

● Ability to write across formats - video scripts, ad copies, long-form stories, short

social posts, and website content.

● A passion for storytelling that goes beyond selling - one that creates empathy and

brand loyalty.

● Understanding of audience psychology, campaign strategy, and the role of emotion

in conversion.

Good to Have

● Experience working on brand storytelling videos, ad films, or YouTube

narratives.

● Exposure to healthcare or purpose-driven brands.

● Familiarity with creative frameworks like AIDA, StoryBrand, and Hero’s Journey.

● Basic knowledge of SEO, paid marketing creatives, and brand tone guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
