Position Summary

Copywriter – Specialist

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with the ability to create sharp, high-converting copy tailored to diverse audiences and formats.



Key Responsibilities1. Marketing & Campaign Copywriting

  • Write persuasive copy for performance ads, landing pages, emailers, banners, and product communication.
  • Interpret briefs, campaign goals, and brand tone to deliver targeted messaging.
  • Collaborate with designers and digital teams to ensure consistency across visual and verbal content.

2. Brand Voice & Positioning

  • Help evolve and maintain the unique voice of each brand across platforms.
  • Ensure all communication aligns with brand values, tone, and positioning.
  • Translate complex product features into user-focused benefits and emotive messages.

3. Conceptual Thinking & Creative Development

  • Contribute to ideas for integrated campaigns, taglines, and brand hooks.
  • Partner with art directors and content teams on concept-driven storytelling and asset planning.
  • Experiment with formats such as carousel scripts, UGC-style content, CTAs, and performance-led copy.



Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional command of English with strong marketing grammar and brevity.
  • Understanding of consumer psychology, funnel stages, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to write sharp, conversion-focused headlines and CTAs.
  • Versatility in adapting tone and style based on brand and platform.
  • Strong creative mindset with a sense of messaging hierarchy.
  • Familiarity with Meta/Google ad platforms and performance copy best practices (preferred).
  • Comfortable working in collaborative tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack.



Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of copywriting experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
  • Portfolio showcasing ad copy, taglines, landing pages, emailers, and campaign work.
