Copywriter Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

  Lead and manage the copywriting team, ensuring high-quality and strategically aligned content across campaigns and platforms.

  Oversee the ideation and development of compelling copy for high-impact marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels.

• 
  Collaborate closely with senior leadership, creative directors, campaign managers, and design teams to shape and execute content strategies.

  Guide the creation of persuasive headlines, body copy, scripts, and long-form content that resonate with diverse target audiences.

• 
  Conduct and review research on brands, competitors, and industry trends to ensure relevant and impactful messaging.

• 
  Manage the proofreading and review process, maintaining brand voice consistency and quality standards.

• 
  Provide mentorship, direction, and constructive feedback to junior and senior copywriters, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

• 
  Lead content strategy discussions, client presentations, and internal brainstorming sessions, clearly articulating creative concepts and strategic thinking.

  Monitor performance of content initiatives and optimize messaging based on insights and feedback.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 
  Graduation is a must; postgraduate qualification in Communications, Marketing, or related field is a plus.

• 
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency, with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role.

• 
  Proven ability to manage multiple brands and deliver creative excellence across projects.

  Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team building and performance management.
