📍 We’re Hiring: Content Writer (Instagram & Founder-Led Storytelling)

Location: Mumbai (On-site / Hybrid)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We’re looking for a content writer with 2–3 years of experience who truly understands how Instagram works, beyond just captions.

This role is about founder-led storytelling: writing content that feels honest, human, and emotionally resonant.

This is not an ads-writing role.

You’ll work closely with the founder, helping translate personal experiences, brand philosophy, and product journeys into meaningful Instagram content.

What You’ll Do

• Write Instagram captions, carousel copy, and reel scripts rooted in storytelling

• Create founder-led content that builds connection and trust

• Develop narratives that reflect the brand’s voice and values

• Understand Instagram hooks, structure, and audience psychology

• Collaborate on content ideas and long-term storytelling themes

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of content writing experience (social / brand content preferred)

• Strong understanding of Instagram formats and trends

• Ability to write story-driven, non-salesy content

• Clear, emotionally intelligent writing style

• Capability to capture a founder’s voice

• Must be based in Mumbai

What This Role Is NOT

• ❌ Hard-selling promotional content

• ❌ Generic or AI-style captions
