Your Role:
-Graduate in any discipline with people management, process and transition experience of 4-6 years. Should have analytical & problem-solving skills, expertise in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc), experience of working in banking / financial services, capable of communicating with and managing senior stakeholders. Should possess understanding of managing in a regulated environment.
-Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, effective communication skills, and a deep understanding of banking operations and operational leadership .
- Proficient in coaching and mentoring team members to enhance performance .
- Adept at performance management, driving accountability, and process compliance. Continuous learning and adaptability are crucial, stay abreast of industry trends .
