Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional to support the Dean (Research) in managing the University's research activities and doctoral programs. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the Research Office, ensuring smooth coordination of research projects, Ph.D. processes, compliance, and reporting, while serving as a key link between faculty, scholars, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Dean (Research) in planning, implementing, and monitoring research initiatives.
Coordinate with academic departments for faculty research, projects, and doctoral program activities.
Support in drafting and managing grant proposals, MoUs, and research collaborations.
Maintain records of research projects, publications, patents, and funding.
Facilitate Ph.D. admissions, scholar registration, coursework, progress reviews, and thesis submission processes.
Ensure compliance with UGC/Ph.D. regulations, research ethics, and institutional guidelines.
Liaise with funding agencies, regulatory bodies, and partner institutions.
Organize research workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Prepare reports, presentations, and data for NAAC/NIRF/Ranking purposes.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Dean (Research) office.
