Role Overview: You will be responsible for administering healthcare plan enrollments, managing life events, and updating cases and Oracle benefits information. Your role also involves researching and responding to issues related to healthcare plans, communicating with HR Business Partners, employees, retirees, and vendors, and preparing invoices for various purposes. Additionally, you will act as the main point of contact for HSA matters, manage benefits email communication, and handle health verifications for employees. Key Responsibilities: - Administer healthcare plan enrollments, life events, and Oracle benefits information - Research and respond to issues regarding inquiries for all healthcare plans - Communicate with HR Business Partners, employees, retirees, and vendors for issue resolutions - Prepare invoices for Dependent verification, Legal, HSA, Kaiser, Quantum, and Tobacco Cessation - Serve as the point person for HSA matters, including member issues and employer/employee funding files - Act as the day-to-day contact for Dependent verification and Tobacco Cessation vendors - Prepare health verifications/court orders for active and terminated employees - Manage benefits email box and handle routine and moderately complex issues via email or phone call Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience - Minimum of one year of HRMS support experience, specifically with Oracle - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to handle sensitive, confidential, and legally exposed issues - Capability to collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to resolve healthcare-related issues Additional Company Details: Omitting this section as there are no additional details provided in the job description.,
