Coordinator, Health & Welfare

The role focuses on managing health and welfare benefit plans for US company-owned restaurants, extending to IHQ and some international based employees. The primary objective is to support employees at all levels, from team members to executives, by ensuring education on programs and delivering exceptional customer service to resolve issues effectively. Responsibilities include administering healthcare plan enrollments and life events, updating Oracle benefits information, and addressing inquiries related to healthcare plans. Communication with HR Business Partners, employees, retirees, and vendors is essential for issue resolution. Managing invoices for various purposes like Dependent verification, Legal, HSA, Kaiser, Quantum, and Tobacco Cessation is also part of the role. Additionally, acting as the main contact for HSA matters, including member issues and employer/employee funding files, is crucial. The role involves preparing health verifications and court orders for active and terminated employees, managing the benefits email box to address routine and moderately complex issues, and coordinating with necessary subject matter experts for non-healthcare-related queries. The minimum requirements for this role include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, at least one year of HRMS support experience (Oracle), proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, and strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to handle sensitive, confidential, and legally sensitive matters and collaborate with multiple teams to resolve healthcare-related issues is essential. The working requirements revolve around providing administrative and routine support to the H&W Analyst and Manager and interacting with external vendors in an administrative capacity, serving as the primary contact for Dependent Verification and Tobacco Cessation.,
