As a HRMS Support Executive at Watsoo Express Private Limited, located in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining our HRMS platform. With 12 years of experience in HR technology, you will be responsible for addressing employee queries, managing data, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR technology throughout the organization. Your key responsibilities will include providing initial support for HRMS-related issues, managing employee data in the platform, coordinating with HR, IT, and vendor teams for technical troubleshooting, guiding employees in utilizing HRMS features efficiently, generating reports as per HR and management needs, and documenting SOPs and issue logs for process standardization. To excel in this role, you should have 12 years of experience in HRMS or HR Tech support roles, familiarity with HRMS platforms such as greytHR, Zoho People, Keka, SAP SuccessFactors, a good grasp of HR operations and data management practices, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools, and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
