Job Role: Checklist to be Validated Inform Carrier/Coloader agent to place booking / space confirmation on selected Carrier Ensure availability of Final Commercial SOP (Buy / Sell) Create / Check Job in CW1 Seek commercial document (Inv/Pkg/PO copy)from Branch) Check on Customs Clearance Status Based on Freight Terms - Coordinate with Shipper on Cargo movement Transport Arrangements (wherever applicable) Submit Shipping Instruction to Shipping Line / Coloader to get MBL draft Seek draft MBL from Carrier /Coloader agent & seek approval on MBL/HBL from Customer & Agent Approval Check on VGM status Seek Gate in confirmation Update Sailing Confirmation to the Customer/overseas Agent AMS /ACI FILING (as applicable) Show more Show less
