As a Senior Executive - Cargo Flow Management at House of Shipping's leading global freight forwarding company, your role involves: - Validating the checklist for each shipment - Informing Carrier/Coloader agent to place booking / space confirmation on selected Carrier - Ensuring availability of Final Commercial SOP (Buy / Sell) - Creating / Checking Job in CW1 - Seeking commercial documents (Inv/Pkg/PO copy) from Branch - Checking on Customs Clearance Status - Coordinating with Shipper on Cargo movement based on Freight Terms - Making Transport Arrangements wherever applicable - Submitting Shipping Instruction to Shipping Line / Coloader to get MBL draft - Seeking draft MBL from Carrier/Coloader agent & approval on MBL/HBL from Customer & Agent Approval - Checking on VGM status - Seeking Gate in confirmation - Updating Sailing Confirmation to the Customer/overseas Agent - Handling AMS / ACI FILING as applicable Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong understanding of Cargo Flow Management processes - Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders in the shipping industry - Knowledge of Customs Clearance procedures - Familiarity with Shipping Line and Coloader operations - Excellent communication and coordination skills (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
