Coordinator, Business Enablement

As a Coordinator, Business Enablement at Wiley in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, IND, your role involves providing operational support for Research Publishing engagement and training activities in the Asia-Pacific region. You will focus on organizing webinars for APAC customers, moderating internal colleague events, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing internal distribution lists, supporting stakeholder communications, maintaining business resource archives, and managing the RP Calendar and communications pipeline. Key Responsibilities: - Streamline processes for setting up customer webinars and internal events. - Increase engagement from APAC customers and colleagues through extended event programs. - Deliver effective communications to support strategic objectives and improve internal engagement. - Ensure up-to-date resource archives and provide seamless reporting for webinar metrics.
