Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Officer located in Panipat. The CSR Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the company's CSR strategies and programs. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with stakeholders, organizing community events, managing CSR budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to integrate CSR initiatives into business operations effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in CSR program development and implementation, stakeholder engagement, and compliance
  • Strong project management, organizational, and event planning skills
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the management consulting industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards related to CSR
