Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
  • Ensure freshness, quality, and consistency in all dishes served.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
  • Assist in inventory management — receive and store raw materials properly.
  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols as per FSSAI / HACCP guidelines.
  • Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
  • Monitor and minimize wastage of food and raw materials.
  • Support in menu planning and suggest improvements when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Cook / Commis / Kitchen Assistant.
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and cuisines.
  • Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team.
  • Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts (preferred).

Experience:

1–5 years of experience in a similar role (depending on level).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
