Job Descriptions : · Prepare and cook nutritious and hygienic meals for patients, attendants, and staff.
· Follow diet charts and meal plans provided by the dietitian.
· Ensure all meals meet specific dietary and therapeutic requirements.
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per FSSAI and hospital standards.
· Supervise kitchen and dietary staff for smooth meal service.
· Monitor and manage food inventory and storage.
· Coordinate with dietitian, nursing, and housekeeping teams.
· Conduct regular taste and quality checks of food items.
· Maintain temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and kitchen records.
· Assist in special meal preparations for hospital events.
· Follow infection control and food safety protocols at all times
· Perform any other duties assigned by management.
