Job Description

Prepare and cook variety of meals in accordance with the college`s menu, dietary requirements, and food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area following all health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering food supplies and ingredients as needed.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients to minimize waste.
Supervise kitchen assistants and support staff in daily food preparation activities.
Coordinate with catering management for special events, functions, and student training activities.
Maintain equipment and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
