Assist in developing new recipes and refining existing ones. Kitchen Hygiene and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation regulations. This includes proper food storage, handling, and disposal, as well as regular cleaning of equipment and surfaces. Inventory Management and Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper rotation of stock to minimize waste. Report any shortages or discrepancies to management. Team Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with other kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Communicate clearly about orders, timing, and any potential issues.
