Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, ensuring compliance and - competitiveness. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback mechanisms, and support employee development. HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all labor laws and company policies, updating and communicating them as necessary. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS data, generating reports as needed. Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires and manage the exit procedures for departing employees.
