Job Summary: As a Cook or Helper Cook in our cloud kitchen, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking meals according to our standardized recipes and procedures. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards and delivered on time. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for food. Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning. Cooking: Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality. Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet the company’s quality standards before they are sent out for delivery. Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of ingredients, cleaning of equipment, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and notifying the supervisor when supplies are low. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely preparation of orders. Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, but not required. Skills: Basic cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of a busy kitchen.
