We are expanding our team and looking for skilled and dedicated professionals to join us. 1. Multi-Cuisine Cook / Chef Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes across Indian, Mughlai, Tandoor, Chinese, and Fast Food menus. Maintain consistency, taste, presentation, and quality standards. Plan and prepare daily operations. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen as per food safety standards. Coordinate with kitchen helpers and management for smooth kitchen operations. Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and handle kitchen equipment efficiently. Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years experience in any of the above cuisines (multi-skill preferred). Strong knowledge of Indian, Mughlai gravies, Tandoor items, Chinese wok handling, and basic fast food preparation. Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours. Team player with positive attitude and good communication skills. 2---Kitchen Helper / Assistant Key Responsibilities: Assist chefs in preparation of vegetables, ingredients, and mise-en-place. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, utensils, and equipment. Support in basic cooking tasks when required. Ensure proper storage of raw materials and cooked items. Follow hygiene and safety guidelines strictly. Requirements: Prior kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory. Hardworking, disciplined, and eager to learn.
