We are hiring a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Hotel Dhingra Inn. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food, efficient in kitchen management, and capable of delivering high-quality meals consistently across multiple cuisines. Roles & Responsibilities: Plan and prepare a variety of dishes (Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, etc.) as per guest preferences Supervise and manage the kitchen team, ensuring hygiene, discipline, and timely service Design menus and daily specials, keeping food cost and quality in mind Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers for fresh ingredients Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards as per FSSAI norms Train junior staff and ensure consistent food presentation and taste Collaborate with management for catering orders and special event menus Control wastage, portion sizes, and kitchen operations cost-effectively Requirements: 2+ years of experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in a hotel/restaurant Expertise in multi-cuisine cooking and buffet preparation Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills Salary: Competitive, based on experience Joining: Immediate preferred
