Prepare and present meals according to the restaurant’s menu and standards. Develop and test new recipes and specials. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. Supervise and train kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area. Monitor food stock and place orders to ensure sufficient inventory. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Manage portion control and minimize wastage to control food costs. Coordinate with management on menu planning and pricing. Handle customer feedback regarding food quality and make improvements where needed.
